Shapes

Many times an owner, architect, or contractor may find it easier to select from a list of standard shape designs.  This list of suggestions is not meant to be complete by any means but can be a good place to start.  These shape suggestions are in proportions that can be easily scaled – you choose the "X" dimension which best fits your project – and the remaining dimension are determined automatically.

These drawings are all installed on our CAD-assisted foam cutting machines, and can be brought to the screen instantaneously.  And minor modifications are easy to make.  For instance, if the top of a cornice needs to be sloped to shed the rain, please let us know.  Or if you need a "drip" somewhere along the bottom, or a special caulk joint, please let us know that as well.

If a cornice or parapet cap is to be installed with a horizontal metal flashing on top, please illustrate that also.  Flashing will reduce the areal which needs to be base coated and save money on the contract.  Remember that square column caps or bases are easier to cut than round ones, and therefore less expensive.
